* Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks (Luke 6:45)
* It's possible to store God's Word in our hearts (Psalm 119:11)

If we can get our hearts so full of God's Word that it will overflow out of our mouths when we speak, then we will be speaking life and reaping the consequences of those life-giving words.

One of the ways we can get God's Word in our hearts is by reading the Bible and meditating on God's Word. The declarations in this book are based on the Word of God with Scripture to back them up.
