When a minister and his beautiful daughter check into a Motel in the Ozarks, just of Route 66, no one, and in particular the woman running the motel in her husbands absence, suspect the real identity of the couple or the murderous plan they have concocted to seek revenge for events that occurred years before. Following their departure the woman goes missing and suspicion of foul play falls onto her husband who has just returned from a fishing trip in Canada.
