I remember this book!

AND I remember the author! He was my boss many years ago. He gave me a compimentary copy and I read it straight through one weekend. It's a good book. I couldn't put it down, so I certainly recommend it highly.

Shocking!

This is one of the scariest books EVER. You will not put it down. I read it 15 years ago and still remember every detail. It's gruesome, and shows people at their most cruel. The story is taken from the perspective of a high school paper reporter, whose shock and disgust effectively parallel the reader's. The ending is a true surprise. You will remember this book forever. I can't believe this classic is out of print. Everyone must have stolen it (this happened at my library).
