Look out Tom Clancy!

It must be tough as a new writer getting noticed in the action thriller genre, but I'm glad I found this book. Not only has Stephen Hannemann hit the mark with the story - action packed, compelling and several twists and turns - but he has done a fantastic job of character development and bringing scenes to life. As another reviewer put it "a thriller with heart". I am giving this 5 stars for exceeding my expectations. Great job!

thriller with heart

This is a good read. For those living in the Northwest, places are recognizable by detail. The characters are real people dealing with real problems. The content is very believable. The military, firearm, and boat incidences appear to be based on real knowledge. I did not have the story figured out until close to the end, which is not always the case with thrillers.
