Death can be awkward

Just as the title suggests, this is a practical guide, rich with examples and narrative of both correct and incorrect approaches to this sensitive subject. The research presented in this book also suggests how and by whom a death notification should be done. I enjoyed the straightforward manner in which this book is written. I recommend this book to anyone who may someday need to inform others of a loss.
