Death Cross of the Inca: the screenplay

So exactly how does something become a movie: studio, Indy, big budget, film clubs, Hollywood? People are actually making movies on their phone these days. Now that is amazing. Writing a movie, making a movie is a big deal, but actually Selling a movie is something else. It is not the art of movie making; remember it's called Show Business, not Show Art.
Every year hundreds of people come out of Film School with the next Academy Award winning block buster. Every season, every year. There are thousands and thousands of screenplays around waiting to be made into feature films. I know, I wrote a bunch of them.

Years ago I saw the movie Staying Alive. Most people thought the problem was staying awake, but I loved it. It showed me how a film is manufactured. All the puzzle pieces came together watching that film. After that I've visit the library at Lincoln Center in NYC and read screenplays in a secure room. Times have changed, but the skills in writing a winning screenplay is the same.

Attached is my internationally acclaimed, award winning screenplay Death Cross of the Inca. It's been around and I am looking for it to be made into a feature film. As an added bonus, attached also is the award winning screenplay for my short film, The Magic Oyster, or how Frank the Genie manages to screw up another assignment which has already been made into an award winning short film.

In Real Estate its location, location, location, in screenwriting it's a good story, a good story, a good story. Then its agents, producers, who you know and a lot of luck...A lot of luck. In the meantime my advice...Write. When you are finished, write again.

The reason success is so valuable is because it is so hard to attain. It ain't ez climbing to the top of the mountain, but they tell me the view up there is mighty nice.
