Sound advice for teenagers and adults.

I am facilitating a teenage group and this is exactly the kind of book that I was looking for. It is so beautifully written and relevant to today's challenges that I read from it often to the group in order to inspire these teens to see a bigger picture. Consequently, it inspires me too. It is small, but packed with the wisdom that their parents may not have had the time or the eloquents to express. Each chapter deals with an issue that effects teenagers. The title indicates that it was written for the author's daughter, but boy or girl could relate to these reflections.
