Extremely cynical but also very me (and probably a few others too). I got very tired of reading the same self-help tips that never really seemed to apply to my life and always came from some happy-go-lucky blogger whose life appeared to be perfect. And so, this was born. A series of letters to you, full of all the crappiest, happiest and most confusing things that have happened to me over the years, in the hopes that you might learn something. If not, I've exposed myself and I'll have to live with the embarrassment forever, but on the off chance that anything I've learnt can make your days a little less crappy, then it's worth it.
