Opinion of Dealing with the Dutch

Very informative book and provided a lot of insight. I've been to the Netherlands on several occasions and wanted to know more about the people. It's a serious book and can be slow going at times. English is clearly a second language for the author, so perhaps once a chapter, I didn't understand what was said and on other occasions, I had to review a particular phrase a few times to understand what the author meant. It would be useful for business for also for tourists. Overall, I'm glad I bought it.
