The Marine’s Deadly Reunion by Loretta Eidson is part of the Love Inspired Suspense the Protectors series. Jake Fisher comes home to take care of his orphaned niece. His childhood friend, Sergeant Daria Gordon, saves him and the baby from an attacker. Together they will risk their lives to protect Emma and expose the killer. This story was full of twists and turns. Daria was a very strong, independent woman. But she wasn’t afraid to be feminine. She made for a very good heroine.
I received this book from Celebrate-Lit for my honest review.
Intense,action-packed inspirational suspense
Published by Carolyn Frazier , 2 years ago
I knew to expect a good, action-packed suspense from Loretta Eidson but this book far exceeded my expectations. The non-stop action and danger is intense. I could not put the book down.
Sergeant Daria Gordon rescues her childhood best friend Jake Fisher, a Marine, and his baby niece. Jake's sister and brother-in-law were killed and now someone is after Jake and the baby. Daria and Jake search for the truth but can they keep themselves and the baby alive long enough?
There were so many twists and turns, unexpected events, and possible suspects! I was kept on the edge of my seat and guessing to the end. I strongly recommend The Marine's Deadly Reunion to anyone who loves action filled suspense. You will not be disappointed.
