TENSE POLITICAL THRILLER

Book poses the question of what happens when there's a tie for President in the Electoral College. The election then moves to the House of Representatives. This book puts young Matt Hawkins, newly elected rep from Wyoming, squarely in the middle of a power struggle not only between the Democrats and the Republicans, but the Chinese and the Russians as well. It's a bit of a stretch as to which states voted which way (if you're a real-life political analyst, you'll see all this), but such glazing over the facts does not get in the way of the story.
