The institution is not going to fall from a data leak. Institutions do not die from truth. They adapt and continue. The formal findings will come and the certification will be suspended and the framework will be restructured and thirty-eight years of managed distribution will be acknowledged and then the institution will rebuild itself around the acknowledgement and call it reform.
