Will Bradley is one of Garner Maximum Security Penitentiary's finest officers. Wrongfully convicted former Marine, David "Roamin" Roth sits somberly in prison. His day to day life takes a turn for the worse when he steps on the toes of the leader of a Nazi hate group. After being placed in protective custody for safety, Roamin begins to notice that things are not as they should be.

After nearly a week in lock down, Roamin hasn't seen anyone in days. The smell of death and rot flood the cell block in which he is being housed; shrill cries fill the air moments before the only officer he's seen in days tumbles down a flight of stairs.
