De Inventione est opus litterarium a Marco Tullio Cicerone, celebri oratore Romano, scriptum. Liber, qui in duas partes dividitur, est instructio rhetorica ad discipulos suos, ut possint efficaciter dicere in foro et in iudiciis. Prima pars tractat de inventione argumentorum, docens discipulos, quomodo inveniant et disponant rationes, quae adjuvant suas causas. Secunda pars tractat de elocutione, docens discipulos, quomodo efficiant ut suas causas sint persuasivae et convincentes.
