Finally something that reaffirms what I believed but kind of felt bad about doing--daydreaming at work. I felt like a slacker even though I often would jot down ideas or remember things that would help with a current project after taking a mental break. Glad to know that I'm not alone-- that I can be productive and even perhaps more healthy by de-stressing through daydreams. I was really impressed by the amount of research presented here as well as the personal anecdotes that made it all very real, very relatable. All in all a fun and informative read. Any good boss worth their weight in TPS reports should hand copies out to their employees.
