Now jumping forward one year later vampires have taken over the earth and Malcolm is perhaps the last human being on the planet who spends his days going around killing vampires while they sleep and being guided by passages from his Bible. But in a world where vampires are the majority and he is the only human who is the real monster in this world, them or him? And if there is a God is God testing him?
