During this time he is transported back to the time of Christ, and finds out that he has been chosen by God to prepare the world for the second coming of Christ. He follows and learns from Jesus until the day that Jesus ascends to heaven. This leads into the next two books in this series, Preparing for Christ, and Judgement is at Hand.
