If you are looking for fun with formula, mistaken identity, then you will not be disappointed. Phil (Steve Carell) and Claire (Tina Fey) Foster have standard date nights to keep their marriage fresh. After an encounter with another couple that plans to break up, the Fosters decide to do something unique for Date Night. In desperation to eat at a posh New York restaurant, they claim they are the missing Triplehorn party. I will not go into details, but soon the Fosters must use skills they did not know they had to survive the night. Of course, there is the obligatory car chase, but like a Dave Barry farce, it starts reasonably true to life and ends up off the grid. You will find yourself kibitzing or stunned with amazement.
