Dash & Moira: Giggle! Snort! Repair!

By Stephanie Daly

Sometimes a laugh can hurt, even when no one means for it to. When Moira bravely stands in front of her class to read, one unexpected snort-snickle-snortle turns her proud moment into embarrassment. Feelings are hurt, friendships feel shaky, and the class has to figure out what to do next. With Mrs. Overton's guidance, Moira, Dash, and their classmates discover something important: making a mistake doesn't have to be the end of the story. By listening, taking responsibility, apologizing sincerely, and finding a way to repair the harm, even a difficult moment can become an opportunity to grow. Filled with laugh-out-loud sound effects, lovable characters, and a heartwarming message, Dash & Moira: Giggle Snort Repair introduces young readers to empathy, accountability, forgiveness, and the power of making things right. This book is perfect for classrooms, school counselors, families, and anyone helping children navigate friendships and mistakes. This playful story reminds readers: Mistakes happen. Relationships matter. Repair is possible.
