German description: Die Entwicklung einer im Sozialrecht verankerten Gesundheitsregion in landlichen Raumen wird morphologisch als Bildung eines solidarischen Gemeingutes mit freier Zuganglichkeit fur die Bevolkerung im Kontext der kommunalen Daseinsvorsorge verstanden und als Doing Commons in einer genossenschaftlichen Form als Dachorganisation diskutiert. Im Zentrum steht psychodynamisch das Thema der Rolle des passungsoptimalen Sozialcharakters im Prozess der nachhaltigen und effektiven Netzwerkbildung als Sozialraum im Lichte des personalistischen Menschenbildes der sozialen Freiheit des guten Lebens als kulturelle Grammatik eines gelingenden Miteinanders. Die Problematik wird in komplexer Weise interdisziplinar als Transformation hinsichtlich der notwendigen Voraussetzungen und der hinreichenden Bedingungen analysiert.
