Bridget Scherm Kiley has worked with children all her life, beginning as a babysitter as a teenager, then in college studying child development and working in daycares. She currently works in an elementary school as a special education paraprofessional. Kiley has been married to her husband, Matt, for thirty-seven wonderful years, and together they have a son and a daughter.
