By J.L. Bowman

Forget what you know about history. Not all of it is true. I am the Grail. Yes that one. They've kept me and my kind a secret for over a millennium. And now I'm on the run from the Templar Knights who can't be trusted, from an old man who have wronged my kind for hundreds of years, and an ancient church who fears me and my powers. The man I love Daniel Smith, a Templar Knight was forbidden to fall in love with me and oops... that happened. We are on the run and my powers are becoming even more strange, I'm just on the tip of really understanding what I'm capable of accomplishing. If only there was a handbook so I could study... Dark Promises is the second installment of the Knights of Roselyn trilogy, following the epic modern tale of Roselyn Garcia and her discovery of becoming the Grail. An ancient family secret she didn't even know until a few months ago. Her love, Daniel Smith enlists the help of his Navy friends, turned mercenaries to protect Roselyn from the Knights who want to weaponize her, or the ancient church trying to trap and kill her. An epic modern fantasy with twists and turns, traipsing across the world learning how the Templar Knights mixed truth with the ancient myths... from Stonehenge to the French Revieria, Scotland, and right back to her home in Northern California.
