Amy is a gorgeous 18-year-old woman from a broken, wealthy family. Her boyfriend, a 30-year-old business analyst invites her to a secret group that meets every night on full moons in a place called Shaitan Manor, a secluded and ancient castle on top of a hill surrounded by a large forest. Once there Amy is given a chalice, taken out of a strange box, to drink from.

A couple of moments later, she begins to feel dizzy, the world spinning around her, and faints. When she wakes up from nightmarish sleep, she finds herself naked and chained to a large rectangular marble rock slab.

The portal to the Dark Tower of Life will be opened, and with it, a dimension of evil, infernal beings that have fed on human souls since the beginning of history. But now, they will drink more than that, they will have meat and blood.
