This collection of short stories is more or less a reflection of the life experiences of the people of Zimbabwe who live in Mbare (formerly Harare)-a high-density suburb where the poor people live. In their own ways, the residents of Mbare always find success and happiness in everyday life. It's a mystery that no one can understand unless you have lived there. I would like to thank my wife and three children for being patient when I am furiously writing and being grumpy whenever I had a writer's block.
