The experience was bad, and this is why I stay away from these sites

This is mostly about my shopping experience for this book. The website is clunky and outdated, as I cannot even obtain a correct description of my order. I ordered SPECIFICALLY a paperback version, in Like New condition. What arrived is a hard copy in acceptable condition, -- NOT what I ordered. After searching and clicking around the user-unfriendly buttonology for 10 minutes to even look at my order - the full details and history of purchase are still not displayed. It's as if on purpose to keep their customers in the dark and as uninformed as possible. Then they slap me with a nonsense policy on NO refunds for below $15 orders, no exceptions even if it was their fault. This was my first order and I won't be back again.

Life Changing

I have never learned so much about myself by only reading 300 pages. From this book I am learning how to be more empathetic, how to identify my emotions, and how to live into my core values. Brene Brown's writing style is fluid and gets straight to the point. This is a must read.
