Dare to be Free, A Journey To Freedom is the first of the sequel to Journey to Freedom ( the novel). It's a compilation of poems that offers scripture references which backs and gives the foundation to the poems. My focus is to steer the book in such a way that it acts as a devotional and words of encouragement for any situation one my find themselves in. My goal for this first piece is to inspire, uplift and encourage. Moreover, relaying a message in the style of poems that conveys my heart transparently of the struggles of self, life, being single, and being a believer in Christ. It also encompasses areas of trust, faith, daring to believe one can do it, waiting, contentment, frustration, anger etc... Most importantly, it's my personal diary of my relationship with Christ that hopefully exemplifies to any reader that such intimacy can exist and is what makes us whole. It's through this experience that launches us into purpose and destiny.
