Simply Delicious

What a treat this book is. There are many recipes here that are very sweet and delicious. I have tried several and really enjoyed them. Karen Berg has definately given those not of Danish influence something new and enticing to experience. These recipes are new to me and I really have fun making and tasting the outcome. The directions here are a bit vague but nothing an intermediate beginner cannot attempt. Enjoy.
