Dangerously addictive series

This 3-book series is addictive, dark, and intense. Geissinger writes well, so even when she takes me places I didn't want to go, I can't say I don't enjoy the ride. This is not one of her cute slow-burns, though, so be aware. It's a twisty, scary world, with a powerful love story to hold on to for grounding. I liked it! But struggled with some of its darkest parts.
