Riveting!

The author's candid revelation of her life with bipolar disorder and its affects makes this book both useful and entertaining. Her writing style makes it a pleasure to read. The metaphysical/spiritual aspect of her beliefs about the cause of bipolar disorder gives the book a value beyond that of her fascinating journey.Dancing with the Serpent gave me a greater understanding of the disorder: the difficulty of getting a correct diagnosis, the mental states the person with this disorder goes through, and an inspiring explanation of its cause.I highly recommend this book to anyone who has bipolar disorder, and to their family and friends.
