Set in the Danark Universe, renowned thief Anjanee, who's skilled at getting in and out of sticky situations, is hired by the Thracian Kingdom leader Mura to apprehend a person of interest named KaRaiya, a descendant of an ancient race from the planet Kenode. With the King of Thrace waging war to expand his territory, the pressure is on Mura to deliver KaRaiya, whose special blood is needed to create an army of powerful soldiers that his king so desires.

While on the job, Anjanee works to earn KaRaiya's trust in order to lure her into a trap, but the mission takes a turn when the master thief falls in love with her target. After learning the truth about the Thracian Kingdom's plan for KaRaiya, the two form a bond putting both women at risk.

Remiel, who is falsely imprisoned for killing his wife, along with prison gang leader Alni, and Anjanee's partner Sitrob have been put into the crosshairs of the Thracian Kingdom as well forcing them to join Anjanee and KaRaiya in their battle for freedom.
