SKTF Liaison Detective TJ Brown picks up on a 187 in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn. The serial killer dubbed The Peeler by the news media has left another body peeled and hanging in an apartment on Eastern Parkway. There are several facts that are troubling to Det. Brown. First and foremost is, The Peeler was killed two years ago. Det. Brown would go with the possibility that this is the work of a copycat were it not for the fact that the killer left his trade mark note attached to the body.
