This is another story about Dak, an adventuresome cat, and his first trip to the city. After receiving a letter from cousin Ludwig, Moon, and aging house painter, decides it's time for a little vacation and a good visit.

Dakota (Dak, for short) has never been to the city, but is full of excitement and apprehension, thinking of the stories Moon has told him about a place so full of mystery.

This tale takes an interesting turn of events when Dak ventures into the street attempting to meet some new friends.

This is a second story combining the warm characters of Dakota, the highly playful cat, and Moon, a real painter and friend of the native Minnesota artist, Hal Schulz.
