Excellent daily meditation geared to the freethinker, agnostic, atheist in recovery.

For anyone in a 12 step program and struggling with the emphasis on “God” as a higher power, this book is for you. I don’t have to throw away my Big Book but weave it along with my own interpretation of a higher power. This book is beyond excellent.
