It begins at the semester level (or quarter level for the quarter system) with space for goal setting and thinking about your first semester and what you want to achieve. That's followed by pages to record your class schedule.

Next, the monthly level includes monthly budget and expense pages, a monthly calendar with a Bible verse, holidays, and space for notes. Add birthdays, extracurricular activities, and anything else that is significant.

Five weekly views follow each monthly calendar. Each week begins with a two-page overview, which includes space for your weekly Bible verse, meal planning/tracking, grocery list, to-do list, workout planner, and habit tracker. After the overview, there is a two-page spread for the whole week, with columns for each day to write in appointments and classes, as well as space for to-do lists for each day. You can see your whole week (both personal and academic) at a glance.

The goal planning sheets are repeated at the midway point to set goals for Semester 2 (or Quarter 3), and they are followed by the same monthly and weekly pages described above. The planner begins in August and ends with a monthly view of July (in the next year).
