perfect for daily English review

I moved to 6th grade English this year, and needed to get a new DOL book. This one was perfect. It's challenging enough for all students, and an answer key is provided in the back. I make overhead transparencies of all the pages so save paper copies. My principal loves it when teachers use DOL method to teach English. I don't use it every single day though - I go in spurts, then switch off with other grammar exercises. I highly recommend this book for English teachers.

A timesaving routine that improves writing!

I picked this up out of curiosity and was pleased to find that the organization is concise, the topics are different every week and very high interest for kids, and most of all, the consistency of format, usage of proofing symbols, etc. makes it a great daily routine that improves the editing and proofing portion of the writing process. Well worth the money!
