I've found that when I look back at the Moments of Joy I've experienced during the day right before I go to sleep, that it creates a sense of peace and well-being. And I know that how I feel as I drift off to sleep often and usually carries forward into the next morning. So I utilize this practice of Daily Moments of Joy to increase my daily well-being.
