Daily Gospel Reflections using Lectio Divina for the 2025 Liturgical Calendar

These daily inspirations use the ancient prayer of Lectio Divina that originated with the church fathers and was further explored and adopted by the Benedictines and many others. Lectio is a way of allowing the Holy Spirit to illuminate and teach by way of resonating Scripture. It consists of progressive reading and praying with a Scripture passage. Each time the Scripture is read there is an increase in the prayer style to reflect on the thought of a word or phrase that resonated during prayer.
