This story is about a young man getting out of the Air Force in the Vietnam era and how his life changed on his trip home. With no idea where his life was going he stumbled on an area, fell in love with it, found a job, bought an old house and started growing up. This included building a house, going to college, falling in love, raising a family and having to deal with the deaths of loved ones. Written as if autobiographical, it is pure fiction based on experiences of not only myself, but those of friends and relatives.
