Customize Your Career is one of the best books out there written for working professionals looking to move forward in their career. The book has great edutcational content and is written in an entertaining, easy-to-read format. The author, Roz Usheroff, seems to have an incredible grasp of how to develop a professional image and career plan. I thought the book was great, with many practical tips and suggestions. Clear and to the point. I saw Roz speak, she was warm, funny and very pragmatic. She most definately was the reason that I tried this book and it was a worth while read. Try it !
