Food is a must for healthy and wealthy life to each and every human being, as it gives all the essential nutrients, minerals etc., for one's body to lead the life in a happiest and brightest way. As Maslow explained in his hierarchy theory, food is the basic need for all human beings than the other needs. Nothing is permanent except change. Food habit is not an exception to this. Food habits of human beings are changing each and every day. In olden days, man was a migrant who lived by hunting and picking wild fruits and vegetables for his food requirement. Then he engaged in agricultural activities to fulfill his food requirements. After becoming desk bound, primitive man had started a process which would lead him on the path to improve his existence.
