Well-executed formula time travel

George Orwell's "1984" goes thus: "Who controls the past controls the future. Who controls the present controls the past." Previously, Wells (Noah Bean) was working on a secret project with partner Tomas (Glenn Morshower). Wells unexpectedly commits suicide. Now the story starts with Wells’ wife waking up and missing a week. Well, she seems to be talking to herself. And trying to figure out why this is happening. We want to know why, also. People wanting more sci-fi will be disappointed. But the story is well-acted. We have chase scenes and theological conversations. The story is easy to follow, even with the standard twists that are not mentioned here, as you will want to watch them as the story unfolds.
