Current Situation Saves a Lot: "You are a conqueror" it really hurts, however leverage on it.

Life frequently presents us with challenges that appear daunting at first glance. However, it is in these moments that adaptability and appreciation can make all the difference. The truth is that sometimes our current circumstances, no matter how difficult, can save us in ways we do not realize.

If your case is at all related to childhood trauma, such as sexual abuse, rape, early marriage, or physical violence, it could be your parents or siblings or accident of any kind, choose the person you trust the most. Even though you may believe that the trauma is behind you, trust me when i say that it is still having an impact on you. This strongly supports feminist ideas, single motherhood/fatherhood, and being an alpha male/female. While working hard is a good way to avoid dependency, it can occasionally be influenced by prior experiences.

Expressing your emotions is healthy and beneficial, so if you feel like crying at that moment, do not hesitate to do so. Never decide when you are upset, and never assume you are by yourself in a challenging circumstance. In actuality, there is a blessing behind every closed door, once you have passed one, embrace the next one without waiting for sympathy.

All of the stories in this book are true stories that were never made up, I was able to get help for my case, which instantly changed my perspective, when I opened up. However, PaPa, who fills our gas tank, was unable to get help because he kept it to himself for a very long time. When his health condition, prostate cancer, worsened after he turned 70, he began discussing it. Relief would not exist if you kept the trauma and the tragic events to yourself. There are reasons in the book to move pass the difficult circumstances you are facing, the situations that are bothering you. Although they are painful, it really hurts but we cannot stay there indefinitely because we have not yet reached our destination. Use it as a lather, to advance to the next phase of your life, where your greatness resides.
