Current Legal Problems 1992

In a significant departure from previous editions, the 1992 Current Legal Problems will appear in two parts. The lectures and seminars in the series will continue to appear each autumn in the annual collection which will be referred to as Part II, Collected Papers. A new venture, the Review, will be published annually each spring. The Review aims to provide a high-quality analysis of fundamental legal developments in each of the six core areas: Contract, Criminal Law, European Community Law, Property Law, Public Law and Tort Law.
