Currency Wars: then and now

t is his latest on the collection of Currency Wars. He commented on the 2008 Economic Tsunami made by the group of greedy bankers of Wall Street. This made in USA toxic assets impact and hurt around the globe. The government helps the “too big to fail” banks and the victims hold the bitter bag of loss of job, house, car and retirement savings. The “Occupied Wall Street” failed miserably and business goes normal as usual. However, this book did not mention there was a Chinese bank in New York became the victim and prosecuted with alleged charges. This bank did not performed any alleged deviations. The family went through the stress and spent a huge sum of money to defend and clear their names. The story was turned into a documentary “Abacus: Small Enough to Jail” and shown in PBS. Is it a nightmare in American dream? He compared and contrasted the economic collapse of Roman Empire and Chinese Song Dynasty (960-1279) with the American status after 2008. He fore-warned the coming crisis. This book was written a few years ago and recently, Bill Gate echoes the same prediction of economic crisis. Reading this book provokes careful evaluation and thinking. Without learning from history lesson will doom to repeat itself. Will any Empire keep hegemony forever?
