In the near future, a woman's unconditional love for her only child and unwavering fortitude aids her conquest to reverse his progression towards death. The good Doctor Eva soon realizes that her son's cure will change humanity on an unprecedented scale. Will this factor ultimately heal as intended, or cause great harm? Might it eventually cause it to sputter out, ceasing to exist?
A diverse group unites in hopes to ease this monumental transformation, for truth, prosperity, justice and peace. Can they bring others together to oppose a sinister scientist determined to rule society, those in highest power, quite possibly the world?
One will do anything to anyone in order to achieve dominion. One will hone his skill and faith to oppose for the greater good. One will be the ultimate true voice of reason within a world which had gone mad long before this change. Enlightenment or darkness will hinge upon morality, choice and action, as it has many times before. Could this change ultimately be the end of our race, or will it usher in a new beginning for it?

The story of Cured takes place in the near future and though a work of fiction, is imbedded within a familiar setting. Considering that it greatly touches on the theme of good versus evil, lines are hazy, blurred, sometimes shrouded in disguise; true as always has been.
