A Light Shining In The Dark

Cultures of Peace provides an overview of the voices that have spoken to build peace in the world, the work being done to figure out how to persuade more people of the value of peace, and provides a sense of connection to an ongoing movement among many people. The perspective it shows made me feel that we are making progress toward greater cooperation among peoples and nations despite the depressingly large amount of news about current conflicts. My thanks to the author, the publisher, and to all who seek to promote greater understanding and human prosperity.
