Reflects the city's restaurant variety & quality

Houston is an outstanding city for restaurant lovers and this book contains recipes from some of the city's best restaurants. The recipes are complete and accurate and each includes a photo along with a small writeup on either the restaurant or the chef. If you can't make it to the restaurants, this is the next best thing to being there.
