A must for serious nouvelle cuisine home chefs

If you like Alain Senderens and Guy Savoy, you'll love this book. We rank recipes severely, and still find our top 3 ranked pork tenderloin recipes from this book. Don't be turned off by the "health" focus. This book will satisfy most gourmands. Healthy food substitutions are simply an added bonus. Recipes are clear, workable in American kitchens, and generally time efficient.
