The forward of this play has been provided as a preface to increase the knowledge of participants in play acting and provide the public with a scenario in understanding the root causes of slavery. To this end, this play seeks to evoke playgoers in observation and communication with the past and present human experience. The past injustices delineate from open dialogue about slavery and relationships that were bonded between slave owners and slaves. Race as a monopoly combined family of Blacks and Whites in soliloquies of love, hate, selfishness, greed, and poverty. The policy of owning slaves was customary, and the country provided an avenue for interracial relationships that fostered an emotional pyrimidine between Blacks and Whites.
