"Cry Aloud": Isaiah 58:1: A Warning

This book touches on the serious warnings from the LORD GOD as found in Isaiah 58:1. Some would like to believe that the Old Testament warnings were for just the Israelites then. That is a dangerous thing to assume. The LORD clearly points out to even our generation that He has "not changed" and that all applies to all generations.

Correct that we do not keep any of the laws of Moses because they were done away with when Christ came, died and resurrected. He became the Lamb that took on the sins of the entire world's history.

But, the Ten Commandments are His; He and God are the same. These Laws were never done away with and were always standing. They did not actually begin during Moses' time. They are a part of who God is.

Those Laws are His character and a part of His own being. They apply today just the same. We see the same sins today that have always been and therefore, they still remain.
